Privacy Policy
Last Updated: November 2026
TicketFlow ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how your data is collected, processed, and safeguarded when using the TicketFlow Chrome Extension, website, and related cloud services.
1. Data We Collect
- Account & Identity Data: Verified email, display name, and Atlassian Account ID provided via 1-click Atlassian OAuth or direct workspace authorization.
- Audio & Transcription Data: Voice dictations captured when you explicitly initiate recording (up to 120 seconds). Audio is processed solely for generating Jira ticket content and is never stored permanently or used to train general AI models.
- Diagnostic Telemetry: Optional browser viewport dimensions, operating system, console error stack traces, and HTTP network error status codes (4xx/5xx) captured strictly from the active browser tab to populate Jira bug reproduction steps.
- Billing Information: Payments are processed directly by our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or process credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To transcribe spoken audio into structured technical bug reports via our proprietary neural speech pipeline.
- To synthesize reproduction steps, priority heuristics, and Jira ADF formatting via our secure cognitive reasoning models.
- To dispatch created issues natively into your designated Atlassian Jira Cloud workspaces.
- To enforce active seat limits, multi-device sync, and prevent trial abuse.
3. Data Retention & Third Parties
We strictly partner with SOC-2 Type II and ISO-27001 certified cloud infrastructure providers for encrypted storage, real-time zero-data-retention speech processing, and official Atlassian REST API issue dispatching. Your recordings and bug telemetry are never used to train third-party models.
4. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You may request deletion of all associated account data, usage telemetry, and connected workspace authorizations at any time by opening a request on our official GitHub Support & Privacy Hub.
